What we collect

We collect the information you submit via the website's quote form, contact form, demo booking form, chat assistant and direct emails — including name, hospital affiliation, phone number, work email, city, and the products or services you enquire about.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, share relevant product/technical information, prepare quotations, and coordinate dispatch. We may contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp on the numbers you provide.

Where we store it

Depending on the services enabled by the owner, inquiries are processed through our Google Workspace mailbox (email), Resend (email), Formspree (email fallback), Twilio (owner WhatsApp notifications) and an optional Google Sheet archive. Inquiry details may be processed by these providers outside India. The website also records the source page, referral information and UTM campaign parameters submitted with your inquiry. Basic network information may be used to prevent spam. We do not sell or share your details with third-party marketers.

Chat assistant

The website chat assistant answers from the information published on this website and in our downloadable catalogues, and may use web search for general product questions. Your chat messages are processed to generate answers and, when enabled, are sent to an AI service provider (such as Google Gemini or OpenAI) for that purpose. To greet you and route you to the nearest office, the assistant estimates your city from your network (IP) address or your browser's time zone; the IP address itself is not stored. To improve answers, we keep an anonymised log of chat questions and replies (email addresses and phone numbers are masked; the session is identified only by a random hashed ID) together with the approximate city and state. If you book a demo from the chat, the conversation and a short summary of your requirement are attached to your request so our team can follow up. Please do not share patient information in the chat.
